For September’s meeting, we will be touring the Nebraska Army National Guard facility in Grand Island on September 12th @ 6:30pm.

YOU MUST MAKE RESERVATIONS WITH ME THAT YOU WILL ATTEND.  This is a secured facility and if your name is not on the list I provide them in advance, you will not be allowed in.  You are all welcome to bring responsible friends, family, and kids but I must have their names in advance.  Adults will have their ID checked at the gate.

We will plan to meet at the terminal in Hastings @ 5:30pm and carpool to the facility in Grand Island.  We will go through security then meet in their classroom with Keal Bockelman at 6:30 for briefing.  We will then get a chance to look at Chinook and Lakota helicopters and weather permitting, several will take off around 7:30pm.
